MiFolio is an electronic image portfolio designed for use with email, your own website and for all social networking sites. The still image files may also be loaded onto your desktop computer as a screensaver, your mobile phone, MP3 image device and digital photo frames.

The following conditions must be agreed to prior to using your MiFolio a product exclusive to our studio.

1.1 MiFolio includes each of the retouched images that you have ordered within your package. Your images are designed so that they can be placed into the slideshow format within your software system.

1.2 The images provided in your MiFolio are copyright and are licensed to you for electronic usage only.

1.3 The still images provided are not to be used for making prints. You have an annual license to use these images but you do not own the copyright to make prints. The copyright is available for you to make prints but only if you pay for the Platinum product.

1.4 Your MiFolio is specifically designed for social networking and your web site, including email.

1.5 If you accidentally lose or delete your MiFolio the studio will provide a replacement if you are a current member at a fee being for the current nominal cost of production only.

1.6 For clients that purchase MiFolio, the studio undertakes to archive files of all images purchased. Images are then archived at a higher resolution for future printing requirements through our studio within our in studio image bank.

1.7 As MiFolio evolves your file will be password protected on our website for your friends and family to view. Copies of MiFolio and additional prints may also be ordered by yourself, family and friends through our website with your express permission. Once this facility is available you will be advised by email.

1.8 A nominal annual archiving fee of $39.95 incl gust applies to store your files within our image bank and will be debited to your nominated account as agreed. Whilst your account is active you are entitled to circulate and use your MiFolio.

2.0 As a purchaser of MiFolio we welcome you as a new member to the MiStudio club. Membership includes frequent photography points, incentives for client referrals and also will include regular special offers and seasonal invitations to participate in up and coming events.
