What Personal Information we collect and how we source it
- In the first instance, we only collect information that is relevant to our business relationship with you. This is collected in a fair and lawful manner and only with your express consent.
- However, please be aware that if you choose not to give us this information, we may not be able to provide you with the product that you have requested.
- Some of the information that may be requested during the process includes, but is not limited to, name, phone number, address and bank account details.
- Personal information relating to your religious views, ethnicity, political opinion, criminal record or sexual preference is not collected, unless this is necessary to provide you with a specific product or service and unless you have consented to that collection.
- When you ring us, we may monitor and/or record telephone calls for the purposes of staff training and verification of statements.
- Recognising the importance of clarity of communication with you, we re-confirm the conditions of each stage and the relevance of your personal information with the complete reading of the disclosure statement relevant to that particular step in the process.
- Moreover, we confirm your booking and portrait selection appointments in writing through a letter and appointment card. If you have any questions at any stage, we will endeavor to help you in any manner possible.

- Furthermore, we will use your personal information to conduct our daily internal administration including, but not limited to, record keeping and archiving.
- Finally, we may also use your personal information to prevent fraud in relation to your personal accounts.
Who we may disclose your Personal Information to
- We will not disclose your personal information to any party outside of our sister companies. This includes Studio 2000 and Visual Arts Imaging Gallery. Information sharing between our two companies only occurs for account administration purposes.
- The only exception to this rule occurs in the event that there is a bad credit associated with your account. In this instance, your personal information may be reported to a Credit Reporting or Debt Collection Agency.
Maintenance of Personal Information
- We maintain your personal information by taking reasonable steps to ensure that it is kept accurate, complete and up to date.
- At each stage in the customer service process, we confirm and re-confirm your information verbally with you.
